  • Yes. To build raw strength & explosive power, you’ll need access to a gym; or at minimum, a solid set of weights & equipment at home.

    Performance demands load, variation & progression. That’s why we program with tools that allow us to progressively develop the physical qualities riders need in the saddle.

  • No, this online performance team is open to all aspiring & current apprentice Jockeys.

  • 2026 be the first to know when doors open by signing up to the waitlist.

  • There will be progressions (harder variations) and Regressions (easier variations) of each exercise to cater for those wanting to enter the industry to those already working on the track.
