We’ve coached Grand Prix riders taking their very first steps with strength training, as well as amateur riders who already have years of gym experience but less time in the saddle.

Yes. To build raw strength & explosive power, you’ll need access to a gym; or at minimum, a solid set of weights & equipment at home.
Performance demands load, variation & progression. That’s why we program with tools that allow us to progressively develop the physical qualities riders need in the saddle.

For most riders, yes. Online coaching gives you structure, accountability & feedback you can revisit. Whether that’s a quick check-in on form, a voice note with tips or a full video analysis.
That said, we’ll always be transparent about what we feel is best for you.
